Show this at the terminal. It reads the number and opens the barrier itself — this server is not asked, so it still works when the internet does not.

Camera settings
Photo capture resolution & quality for the visitor camera. Higher = sharper photo but larger file.
COLOUR / VISION
Live camera preview shows the effect, and it is baked into every captured photo. Note: actual resolution depends on the webcam.
STORAGE
Moves photo files that nothing uses any more into the photo bin on the server. Recent photos are never touched, and a moved photo can be put back until the bin is emptied.
Deleted Entries (Recycle Bin)
Deleted entries stay here and can be restored (with photo & all data). They are permanently deleted automatically after the retention period, or you can permanently delete them now.

Where backups are kept

A copy is always written to a folder on this server or a network folder. Microsoft OneDrive can hold a SECOND copy - connect the client's own account below. The other cloud destinations arrive later.

No schedule can be saved until the destination passes a real test. The test writes a file as this application and asks SQL Server to write a backup there, because those are two different Windows accounts — and the second one is what silently failed on 2 September.

Backups are never put where the website can serve them. A folder inside the site is marked in red — a file there could be downloaded by anyone who guesses its name.

Off by default. While it is off nothing changes anywhere - no field at check-in, no alert, no e-mail. Existing visits already inside are never given a limit retrospectively.
Time allowed at check-in
The times the guard can tap at check-in and on the Gate sheet. Tap one to have it pre-selected for every new visitor. Custom is always there for any other time.
Extend time
The times offered when a visitor is given more time. Tap one to have Extend time open with it selected.
